It is equipped with an E61 heat exchanger and can make quality espressos, cappuccinos, and lattes quickly and easily. The Mara X comes with two temperature probes to ensure that your coffee is always hot and fresh, and the new Version 2 software makes it more temperature stable than ever before. The optional flow control paddle (available for an additional $200) allows you to customize your coffee drinks even further, and the machine is also available with optional handles and double portafilter in black walnut or normal walnut.
